Yes, you still have full access to all DML resources and services while deployed or on clinical rotation.

If you are deploying, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can provide you with additional resources, such as UpToDate and DynaMed Plus DVDs, which  will be useful in no comm/low comm environments.
