The hospital’s Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) browser is causing functionality problems with our article linking system and some of our databases, particularly PubMed, ProQuest, ebrary, and ClinicalKey. The PubMed link from our website may not work; and if you can access PubMed, you may encounter problems such as the search button not functioning.
To resolve the problems, ask IT to install the Mozilla Firefox browser onto your computer. Firefox works well with all of our resources, so you will be able to enjoy the full functionality of all our databases. Alternatively, you can request IT load updates to IE10, but this option will not resolve all of the problems. Be sure to mention “Darnall/PubMed access issue” when you contact IT.
