This assumes that you are starting from the Darnall Medical Library main page, and following the PubMed with LinkOut link in the left column.

The PubMed with LinkOut URL that we use has some embedded information (holding=mdnnmclib_fft_ndi) that tells PubMed to display the Locate@Darnall button.

When you follow the PubMed with LinkOut hyperlink from your phone, PubMed knows that you're on a phone and directs you to PubMed mobile. Because it's connecting to a "different" URL, that embedded information disappears, and the Locate@Darnall button doesn't display.

You can fix this by scrolling down to the very bottom of the PubMed mobile page, and tapping on "Full Website." If you still don't see the purple Locate@Darnall button, go back to our website and follow the link one more time. At this point, your phone should know that you want the full web page and will read the "holding=" part of the the URL.
