Q. Does the library accept donations?

Thank you for considering donating books to the library.

Medical Books: We keep a current clinical collection, discarding old editions as soon as the new one is published. If your books are older editions, it may be best to discard them. If they are less than eight years old, the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) has a Medical Textbook Donations page with recommendations.

General Books: We do not maintain a general collection. Please contact the American Red Cross office at 301-295-1538 regarding non-medical books.
