This is a multi-step process which requires an activation code. The links below take you to information pages that are housed on the command intranet. It is only accessible via a WR-B networked computer. Remote access login and IP authentication will not work.

Create a Lexicomp Account
  1. Visit http://www.lexi.com/account/.
  2. Login and proceed to step 7, or click on the “Create account” button to create your new Lexicomp account.
  3. Follow the prompts, filling out all the required fields (*) to create your account. You must create your login with your organizational e-mail address.
  4. Click “Create account.”
  5. Click “Log in now.”
  6. Enter your Email Address and Password; click “Log in.”
  7. In the Subscriptions section, locate Add a Subscription by Code.
    1. If you do not see Add a Subscription by Code, click on "Have a product code? Add the subscription here"
  8. Enter the Activation Code; please select the link related to your specialty and closest affiliated armed forces branch. If you do not know which branch to select, select Navy.

  1. Click “Add Subscription.”
  2. Once you receive a successful activation message, follow the steps below.
    1. If you receive a "The product code is not valid" message, please confirm the code was entered correctly and try again.
Of note: 
As of 2019, you must use a military email address. 

As of 2019, your Lexicomp mobile subscription must be linked to your military email address. If your subscription is registered under a non-military email address, you will not be able to log in to your subscription starting September 30, 2019. Please take the following actions to ensure you will have uninterrupted access.

New users: When registering your Lexicomp mobile subscription, be sure to enter only your military email address when prompted. If you attempt to enter a non-military email address, you may receive an error message reading “The product code is not valid."


Existing users: Confirm that the email address on your subscription is your military email address. If you registered with a  non-military email address, you must change the email if you wish to continue using Lexicomp on your mobile device.
 
Download the Lexicomp App
  1. Download the "Lexicomp" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Lexicomp app on your device.
  3. Please read the license agreement and tap Accept.
  4. Enter your email and password and tap Sign In. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password.
  5. ANDROID: If prompted, please select SD Card for database storage.
  6. You will receive an Account Synced message. Tap OK to this message.
  7. You must download the databases before you can begin accessing your subscription.
  8. Place check marks next to the databases you wish to install, or tap Select All and then tap Update.
  9. If prompted, tap OK.
  10. After the update is complete, tap the Home icon (IOS: lower right corner, ANDROID: upper left corner).
  11. Select an icon to begin accessing your Lexicomp Mobile App subscription.
