RESOURCE NOTE 04AUG21 -- MDGuidelines has moved over to a new URL for access effective immediately.  All you will need to do is change the URL link from www.MDGuidelines.com to app.MDGuidelines.com. Current end-users who have a username and password may continue to use them with the updated site.

3. Once you enter this information and click submit, an email will be sent to your inbox to confirm the registration
4. Please click on a link in the email to complete the process and set up your password for the new site and accept the terms of use.
