Unfortunately, we do not have funds for article translation services. If you have funds within your department, you can normally pay for a translation service with a government purchase card. Pricing can depend on the length of the article, and degree of specialization required for the translator.

Many search engines have online translators, where you copy and paste the text in, and they translate it. It's important to be aware of the fact that they do not specialize in medical terminology, and are better for getting the gist of an article.

Additionally, you may check the Defense Technical Information Center (create an account and login with your CAC) to see if they have an article translation in their database. This may be an option for older articles.
