Q. I have a new CAC, and it no longer works on the library door. What do I need to do?

When you get a new CAC, your DOD ID should not change, but the old expiration date causes security to shut off your access. To update your information, go to the Command Duty Office (CDO), temporarily in building 9, 295-4611. Let personnel know that you are on the form for library access, Door Frame 3458, and that you have a new CAC. They will be able to update your information.
