When submitting a ticket to IT, you may be required to provide your computer's IP Address and Computer Name. To do this, double click the "My IT Tools" icon that reads "Help Desk" from the preloaded icons on your desktop.

Once the window opens, click the blue "Computer Info" box in the top left once. Your computer's IP Address and Computer Name will populate in the two white boxes below.
