Create a 5minuteConsult Account

1. Go to https://5minuteconsult.com/ from a valid hospital IP address.
2. Click "Create A Free Personal Account."
3. Follow the prompts, filling out all the required fields (*) to register for an account.

**HINT: Profession and Specialty are required fields. If your specialty is not listed, please choose other.

4. Click "Save & Continue"

**HINT: Notice the green bar in the top right corner of the page has changed to your information.

Download the 5-Minute Clinical Consult App

1. Download the “5-Minute Clinical Consult” app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

** Hint: Be careful when downloading the app as there are other apps with similar names.

2. Enter the username (email) and password you created when you set up your personal account.

** Hint: You must use the website every 180 days and sign back in with your institution’s authentication to keep your account active.
