National Library of Medicine (NLM) about using the book in their reading room:

The Library is currently under renovation. The capacity to host visitors in the temporary Reading Room is impacted and we are unable to accept walk-ins as the space is very limited. Contact us directly to schedule an appointment for a visit.  You are welcome to make an appointment,  sit in library and look at the book, and if you bring a flash drive, you can use NLM scanners to create a PDF of it to take with you and keep.*

Info for Reading Room use and making appointments: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/readingroom/index.html

* DoD computers prohibit flash drive use, but you can view on your personal devices.

DML is also able to request materials for check out as an Interlibrary Loan from NLM.
