CAC Issues

A CAC is blocked when:
- The user enters the wrong PIN multiple times
- There's a technology synchronization issue
- The user's certificate is corrupt
A CAC is locked when:
- DEERS or another higher level system is experiencing issues
- The user's certificate has been revoked.
Locked CAC: Call the Global Service Center (GSC) at 800-600-9332.
Blocked CAC: Go to One Stop Shop (Building 10, 2nd floor) or the NSAB DEERS / ID Card Office (Building 17, 1st floor).
