Darnall Medical Library does not have access to Lexis Nexis or Westlaw. If you are local in the DMV - please, try and/or call U.S. Court of Appeals - D.C. Circuit - About the Circuit Library (uscourts.gov)

If you are not local and in the 48 contiguous States, then try a local US Circuit Court Law Library.
