ALCON,

There has been a growing issue regarding Clinical Skills. I understand it does not technically fall under the library, but many of us have a link to it from our/your website, so you may be getting these access questions.

 Currently, it only works on FireFox. And please check to make sure you have the current URL. These can be found on the MHS Library website – https://health.mil/Military-Health-Topics/MHS-Medical-Library/Clinical-Skills.

Users are logging into Clinical Skills and getting an error message when trying to access Skill > View Skills. There are some settings in Chrome and Edge that causing this error message. DHHQ IT is aware and working the issue and will reach out to local IT to assist. Anyone who received a laptop directly from DHHQ should not have this problem. At this moment, we believe it is an image issue.

 It has affected Army and Air Force. Anyone from Navy, have you heard of users having this issue? That would help the IT folks pinpoint where to troubleshoot.
