Whether you can print or download an eBook depends on the company providing the eBook AND the actual publisher of the eBook. Please refer below for each company's policies.

  • ClinicalKey - By special arrangement between the vendor and the Defense Health Agency, you are allowed to print and save a copy of some ClinicalKeys eBook for personal use. This does not apply to medical texts.
  • Ebook Central: print policy & download instructions
  • EBSCOhost: print policy; download instructions
  • Ovid
  • R2 Digital Library: While you are not allowed to download eBooks from R2, you can print or email sections using the "Tools" icon across the top navigation bar.

For instructions on locating eBooks in the library, read the answer to "How do I only search for eBooks in the library?"
