The Darnall Medical Library supports the providers and staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). When we purchase materials, we do not include JPC staff in our numbers, which makes a difference from a legal / licensing perspective.
That means that we don't purchase resources for you, and cannot give you access to the content we purchase for WRNMMC personnel. Most of the content that you are accessing from this site is purchased either by DHA for all military healthcare providers, or is purchased by JPC for JPC.
So technically, we do not support you. But there are exceptions:
- We created a site to aid you in accessing content, but the URL is not publicly available. Contact the library staff for more information.
- If you are credentialed in the WRNMMC Provider Privilege Notification System, we support you in your capacity as a WRNMMC healthcare provider. Go to http://wrnmmc.libguides.com/remote and request an EZproxy Remote Access account.
- If you need help with a search strategy, we try to assist, but that is dependent upon our workload at the time of request.
